1. Agreement

By accessing or using sankarayogi.com (the “Site”), operated by Vamsi Krishna Sankarayogi (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

2. What the Site provides

The Site offers informational and professional content, including a technology-oriented news digest (with content sourced from public RSS feeds and processed through our systems), links to writing hosted elsewhere, portfolio and project information, and related materials. Features may change. The Site is provided for lawful, non-commercial personal or business information use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to LinkedIn, Medium, publication homepages, repositories, and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Privacy

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
